Does Prism work without an AI key?
Yes. Core admin features (kick, ban, spectate, vehicle spawn, weather, etc.) work fully without an API key. Only AI triage, ban draft, and natural-language search require a key.
Which framework should I pick?
Prism auto-detects QBCore, ESX, Qbox, OX, or Standalone on first start. No manual edits. If your stack is unusual, you can pin the framework in config.lua.
Is the source open?
Lua glue is readable. The web panel and AI orchestration ship as a compiled bundle. All hooks and events are documented so you can extend without forking.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Standard escrow protection. If something doesn't work on your stack and we can't fix it within a reasonable window, you get your money back.
Will updates be free?
Yes - for the lifetime of your license. New AI features, framework support, and bug fixes are included.
Does the AI see my players' personal data?
Player identifiers and names are redacted before every LLM call. Only anonymized log patterns and rule text are sent. Your API key never leaves your server.
How much does the AI cost per month?
Approximately $1.50 / month for a 64-slot server using gpt-4o-mini. You bring your own key - we take nothing extra.

Prism doesn't conflict with most popular tools. You can run them side by side while you migrate. Or replace and save the slot.
Can I change the hotkey?
Yes. Edit Config.Hotkey in shared/config.lua. Default is F5. Per-admin overrides are in the panel.
